Answer: A head start for harder to place pets.  

Through Pay it Forward, Homeward Pet uses your gifts to our annual fund to cover adoptions fees for harder-to-place cats and dogs, including senior pets, pets whose stay has been especially long, or for those pets with extraordinary needs. Having the adoption fees covered allows their new family to devote more to the care of their new pet. Help us build a more compassionate, caring community through Pay it Forward.
