Homeward Pet’s Fur Ball is a celebration for the animals. A group of like minded guests come together to support the care and adoption of the homeless cats and dogs in our community, giving them each a second chance at life and love.

With delicious food and wines, silent and live auctions, fun raffles and games and appearances by Homeward Pet dogs and cats, the Fur Ball promises to be an unforgettable evening. Put on your cocktail attire and enjoy a night for the animals!

As one of the largest no-kill animal shelters in Washington, Homeward Pet cares for more than 1700 cats and dogs each year. The Fur Ball is a chance to revisit some of our happiest “tails” and to raise the funds necessary to continue our mission.

Please Note: 

At the present time, we continue to require that all guests must be masked and vaccinated to attend this year’s Fur Ball Auction. Proof of vaccination will be required upon entry.  

Given last year’s history with the masking requirements and vaccine mandates being lifted and then put back in place for another year, we are erring on the side of caution. It is much easier to change the requirements from masking/vaccines to not required masks and vaccines closer to the event, than to need to provide refunds to individuals who purchase tickets should restrictions go the other way. We will re-evaluate our precautions at the beginning of May. Should the Covid numbers remain low, we will adjust our requirements at that time.
